Each trip is thoughtfully designed based on your specific needs, travel style, and level of support.

Planning fees are based on two travelers for up to seven days and may scale depending on trip complexity, length, and number of travelers.

Full payment is required to begin the planning process. All fees are non-refundable and non-negotiable. Additional fees may apply for rush requests and à la carte services.

Exclusive Design

Starting At $750 Per Trip

For the traveler who wants everything handled from start to finish. This is a fully customized, high-touch experience where every detail is thoughtfully designed and seamlessly managed.
Includes:
  • Complimentary intake call (up to 30 minutes)
  • Single or multi-leg itinerary
  • One custom proposal with up to two revisions
  • Daily itinerary planning with tours, activities, and recommendations
  • Concierge services including dining, spa, and reservations
  • Booking and management of all travel components (hotels and transportation)
  • Destination entry and exit guidance
  • Optional pre-departure call (up to 1 hour)

Deluxe Design

Starting At $500 Per Trip

A well-rounded planning experience with strong support throughout. Perfect if you want expert guidance and a thoughtfully built itinerary, while keeping things a bit more streamlined.

Essential Design

Starting At $250 Per Trip

A simplified option for more straightforward trips that still benefit from expert insight. You’ll receive a well-designed plan and support where it matters most.

  • One custom proposal with one revision
  • Booking and management of hotels and transportation
  • Destination entry and exit guidance
  • Final documents and wrap-up email


Hotel Bookings

Complimentary if you already know the hotel you want. $50 if you’d like our expertise

VIP perks, preferred rates, and no stress. When you book your hotel through us, you can receive complimentary breakfast, hotel/spa credits, room upgrades, and more - all at the same rate (or less!) you would pay the hotel.

Whether it’s a quick weekend getaway or a week-long vacation, I am happy to book just the hotel for you on a complimentary basis!


The Process

Share a few details about your trip so I can get a sense of what you’re looking for.

We’ll connect to talk through your travel style, wishlist, and overall vision.

Once you’re ready to move forward, you’ll pay your planning fee and complete your client intake forms.

I’ll design a personalized travel proposal for you to review, typically within two weeks.

We’ll make any adjustments needed to ensure everything feels just right.

Once approved, I handle all bookings and logistics including hotels, flights, tours, transfers, and more.

Leading up to your trip, I’ll share additional recommendations and ensure you’re fully taken care of. I also personally connect with your hotels to make sure your preferences are noted.
